(CercleFinance.com) – Onxeo announces the appointment of Julien Miara as interim CEO, as of January 3, 2022, following the decision of the board of directors, which is also actively working on the recruitment of the next CEO.
Julien Miara is a director at Invus SAS, an independent consultancy firm of Invus Public Equities and a member of the board of directors of Onxeo. He has more than 10 years of experience in finance and biotechnology.
He will work closely with Shefali Agarwal, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to ensure that the company progresses according to the strategic plan established by the Board of Directors and to prepare for a successful transition to the next CEO.
