Toyota’s first electric car
The bZ4X, which celebrated its European premiere in Brussels, will kick off the (locally) emission-free model range next year. Anyone who thought that the name was reserved for the concept vehicle only has to be prepared for the somewhat bizarre-looking letter combination, which, however, has its meaning. “BZ” stands for “beyond zero”, 4 for the size and the “X” for the optional all-wheel drive. “The bZ4X is the prelude to a model family that we will bring to market in Europe in the coming years,” explains Andrea Carlucci, Head of Marketing at Toyota Europe in Brussels.
