Oppo details ColorOS 13 rollout roadmap

In addition to the traditional product announcements, the end of the year is also synonymous with new versions of software interfaces for manufacturers’ smartphones. With the release and gradual deployment of Android 13, manufacturers are updating their mobile fleet by offering new features.

In a tweet, the official account of ColorOS, the interface of Oppo, revealed its roadmap for the deployment of its version 13 based on Android 13. Many models are affected, but, obviously, not all will get updating at the same time. Moreover, some of the smartphones will initially be equipped with a beta version, while the rest will be able to install the final version directly.

Currently, the Find X5 range and the latest Reno models are equipped with ColorOS 13 as well as Android 13. This is also the case for the Find X2 or the Find X3 Pro. From December 15, other smartphones will be added to the list, such as the Find X3 Lite for France. On December 21, the Neo 5G version will be assigned ColorsOS 13 and finally, on December 29, it will be the turn of the Find X5 Lite.

A fairly complete calendar and which has the merit of encompassing a good part of the models of the Chinese company. For all intents and purposes, Oppo indicates that smartphones that are part of an operator fleet are not affected by this roadmap. It is also added that the dates are given for indicative purposes and that its schedule is subject to change. But that, we are used to.

Finally, this plan only concerns the month of December, there will of course be other products that will benefit from the update. Oppo talks about its first tablet, the Pad Air, the Lite versions of the Reno 7 and Reno 8 as well as its mid-range smartphones.
