(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on February 1, 2023, it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Orange and held, on behalf of said customers and funds, 134,134,031 Orange shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.04% of the capital and 4.30% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Orange shares outside and on the market and an increase in the number of Orange shares held as collateral.
