(CercleFinance.com) – Orange announces that its general meeting of shareholders, held on Tuesday, approved all the resolutions submitted by the board of directors and in particular the appointment of two new directors, Momar Nguer and Gilles Grapinet .
Momar Nguer will provide the board with his international expertise, acquired within TotalEnergies in Africa and France. It thus strengthens the Governance and Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee (CGRSE).
Gilles Grapinet, currently CEO of Worldline, comes to strengthen the financial skills of the Board of Directors. It was decided to appoint him as a member of the audit committee as chairman and financial expert.
