(CercleFinance.com) – Orange today unveiled its Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics Charter, a document which specifies the company’s values in these two areas.
Via this charter drawn up by its Data and AI Ethics Council (an independent advisory body created in March 2021), Orange is committed to developing a set of processes to support the company ‘in an approach ethical and responsible, for the benefit of its customers and its employees.
Orange specifies that this is an “essential” issue, especially since the firm has placed data and AI at the heart of its innovation model, to “reinvent the customer experience, make its networks more efficient and increase its operational efficiency.
The group also recalls being mobilized for several years on the subject of ethical and responsible AI. Within this framework, he leads a research program to contribute to the responsible development, use and governance of human-centered AI systems.
