(Boursier.com) — The shareholders ofOrpea are informed of the availability to them of the report drawn up on May 24, 2023 by the firm Sorgem Evaluation, which acted as an independent expert with the mission of rendering an opinion, on the fairness of the financial restructuring project of the company for the shareholders. “We are of the opinion that the financial conditions of the envisaged restructuring plan are fair for the current shareholders of Orpea”, concludes the report of the firm Sorgem Evaluation.
Orpea SA also indicates that by judgment of the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court, dated May 22, 2023, the accelerated safeguard procedure was extended for an additional 2 months, from May 24 to July 24, 2023.
