In a judgment dated March 24, 2023, the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court granted ORPEA SA’s request and opened an accelerated safeguard procedure for its benefit. This procedure was extended by judgment of the Nanterre Specialized Commercial Court dated May 22, 2023 for two additional months, i.e. until July 24, 2023. As a reminder, this only impacts financial, social and tax creditors. directly affected by its restructuring plan, to the exclusion of any other creditor or partner, in particular lessors or suppliers.
