(CercleFinance.com) – Orpea announces that its board of directors, meeting on January 30, has decided to end the functions of general manager of Yves Le Masne and to appoint Philippe Charrier CEO of the dependency care group , with immediate effect.
Non-executive chairman of the board of directors since March 2017, Philippe Charrier will be responsible for ‘ensuring that best practices are applied throughout the company and shedding light on the allegations made’.
