ORPEA: CEO SAYS HE WILL SUBMIT MIROVA’S PROPOSALS TO THE BOD
PARIS (Reuters) – The CEO of Orpea said on Wednesday that he “fully” shared the concerns of Mirova, a 3.9% shareholder in the group, which this week called for an overhaul of governance with, first place, the adoption of the statute of a company with a mission.
In a press release, the CEO of Orpea, Philippe Charrier, indicated that he would submit all of Mirova’s proposals to the board of directors.
