VOTE AGAINST
The Board of Directors is requesting the possibility of issuing shares without PSR for 8.9% of the capital (10.2% with the 15% extension clause), including by private placement. The discount would be 10%, or, possibly, 5%, but compared to the prices of the day before or even stopped during the session, that is to say in an ephemeral hollow of the market.
