Outlook experienced a problem on Friday morning. Users probably have difficulties receiving emails in particular. This is what we know about it so far.

There have been some restrictions on Microsoft Outlook since around 9 a.m. on Friday evening. Users indicate in our fault report that they primarily have difficulties receiving and sending emails. The connection and the app also cause some problems.
It’s not just Microsoft’s Freemailer that is currently experiencing outages, other company services are also apparently causing problems at the same time, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
So far we don’t know the reason for the problem with Outlook. With a little patience, the impairments should subside in a short time.
