Not much appreciated by gamers and critics when it released in 2020, the off-road vehicle game Overpass will however be entitled to a sequel. After Zordix Racing broke his teeth on the license, Nakon entrusted the development ofan Overpass 2 to neopica (Hunting Simulator, FIA European Truck Racing), which works with the motor Unreal Engine 5.
This second episode, touted as more complete and successful, will offer 37 vehicles divided into 3 categories, 5 environments, 31 circuits, several racing modes, including a Career advance and more. So we’ll still be able to race a bunch of quads, buggies and other off-road utility vehicles in races. off-roadwhich hopefully will appeal to players more, and visible now in a first trailer.
Thanks to the studio’s experience in racing games and player feedback on the previous version, Overpass 2 offers a more complete and accomplished experience. The game invites drivers to compete in races and achieve the best times on extreme tracks, behind the wheel of powerful ATVs and UTVs under official licenses. Developed on Unreal Engine 5, the game offers a wealth of content, with 37 vehicles from 3 different categories, 5 environments, 31 circuits and several racing modes, including a much more advanced Career mode. The player will have to master the power of the vehicles and show precision to successfully overcome the obstacles and win the competitions.
