It’s been a few days sinceOverwatch 2 is available on consoles and PC. The sequel to Blizzard’s hero-shooter was particularly anticipated and many players rushed to launch it. A launch which was also complicated, with servers certainly overloaded, but which also experienced DDoS attacks. Anyway, this does not prevent Blizzard from highlighting its new flagship character, Kiriko, in his new short film. And again, the studio hit hard.
Kiriko in a sublime cinematic
This is not the first time that the Californian studio has delighted us. This cinematic of more than nine minutes is a real joy of animation, mixing action with a little tenderness, and we must admit that we appreciate Kiriko even more through these scenes. The new healer does not hesitate to defeat her opponents to protect her loved ones, all under a well-paced musical background. If you like the usual Blizzard cutscenes, you’re bound to love this new short.
How to get Kiriko’s legendary skin?
In addition, Blizzard takes the opportunity to celebrate this short film and the launch of the game with the possibility of recovering a legendary skin for Kiriko. - To start, you must have linked your Twitch account to Battle.net:
- Log in to your Battle.net account
- Go to the Connections section
- Connect your Twitch coptic
- Then go to Twitch and watch people playing Overwatch 2, then wait!
That’s it, you just have to watch streamers play! Make sure they have placed the game in the Overwatch 2 category. There are no particular creators to follow, so don’t hesitate to discover new ones! Only, know that you have to watch a minimum of time to collect the gifts:
- Drop #1 (Legendary Skin and Replica for Kiriko) : Watch a total of six hours between October 7 at 11 p.m. and October 17 at 8:59 a.m.
- Drop #2 (Sharp tag for Kiriko and Donut weapon lucky charm) : Watch a total of five hours between October 17 at 8 p.m. and October 24 at 8:59 a.m.
And that’s all. You will then have to collect your rewards in game. Note that there may be a small delay between the activation of the reward and the receipt in game. Finally, remember that this is a limited event, the Twitch Drop to collect the legendary skin will be active until October 17 at 9 a.m. while the Twitch Drop for the tag and the lucky charm will be active until October 23 at 9 a.m.
