The mode Heroic Mastery will evolve over the weeks and months, because for the moment, only tests for Trace, Angel And Reinhardt are availableothers for Sojour And Winston will arrive by the end of the season. The developers explain the principle of the mode to us Heroic Mastery :

  • Watch out for the new training robots

Who says new courses says new robots! Most of the enemy training robots will be familiar to you, but you will discover others that you will have to shoot down, avoid and block. Robot tanks are sturdy machines with many health points and screens. Rocket robots fire projectiles that inflict powerful damage. Sniper robots attack their targets from a distance. These training bots will be strategically placed around the map, so you’ll need to find a way to take care of them as you learn to master each course. In some cases, you will need to defeat the enemy robots in a given section before moving on to the next. In others, you will have to protect friendly robots from destruction. But don’t worry: if a robot gives you a hard time, just restart the course!

Looking to get the highest possible score? There are two ways to get a great score in Heroic Mastery: collect emblems and complete the course as quickly as possible. Picking up emblems gives you bonus points. The larger, rarer emblems will earn you more, but they will be much harder to achieve than the smaller ones.

However, your speed will be just as important. Depending on how long it takes you to reach the finish line, you will get a gold, silver or bronze rank multiplier. So, it is the combination of your time and the number of emblems you have collected which will determine your ranking and your score for each course.

  • Master your characters!

Each character has three courses of increasing difficulty. Complete the Recruit course and get at least 3 stars to access the Right Arm course. In order to prove yourself in the Specialist track, you will need to achieve a minimum of 4 stars in the Right Arm track. Master all three courses to earn an exclusive Profile Icon and Calling Card as well as Battle Pass EXP for each character. Check out the top 500 for top scores in each region!
