The defendant pleaded not guilty. “Of course he takes care of the children, he just doesn’t want to support his ex anymore,” the defender sees as a motive for the allegations. Nevertheless, the accused took advantage of the offer of a diversion – i.e. a two-year probationary period. So that nothing “happens out of emotion” in the future either, Ms. Rat also gave the instruction for anti-violence training on top.
