(CercleFinance.com) – Palantir announced on Friday the signing of a strategic partnership with Crisis24, a subsidiary of the Canadian group GardaWorld, in security and risk management.
This long-term partnership, estimated at “several million dollars”, aims to apply the functionalities of artificial intelligence (AI) to the management of intelligence on security risks, explain the American specialist in data processing.
Under the terms of the agreement, Crisis24 will leverage Palantir’s ‘Foundry’ software to provide advanced analytics and insights into crime, terrorism, healthcare, transportation and geopolitics.
With this AI-powered insight, Crisis24 will be able to identify risk trends as they emerge and provide its clients with useful, personalized insights.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the Palantir share changed little (-0.4%) following this announcement.
