Almost like an appearance, actress Pamela Anderson, 56, remains true to her personal no-makeup trend at the fashion event British Fashion Awards 2023 on Monday evening at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The Canadian is wearing a chic cream-colored suit from Stella McCartney. She attracts the attention of photographers in an oversized wool blazer that she drapes loosely over her shoulders and white wide-leg pants. Underneath, the mother wears a used-look T-shirt and tops off her outfit with a pair of black strappy heels. The former “Baywatch” star has her blonde hair tied in a low ponytail and is smiling.

She recently revealed the surprising reason why she finds going to red carpet events without makeup so liberating. Anderson told the Daily Telegraph that the success of her own renovation show, Pamela’s Garden of Eden, made her want to show her true colors to her fans.

“When I went to Paris Fashion Week, I decided not to wear makeup and I really felt like the five-year-old girl from ‘Ladysmith’ who got to wear Victoria Beckham’s clothes,” she said. She was surprised to hear that she was making a “statement,” which was never her intention. “I felt so free. It wasn’t intended as a statement, it’s not about world peace and I didn’t know if anyone would notice. I’m not sitting in a makeup chair for three hours anymore.” She looked in the mirror and said to herself: “You’re almost 60, that’s good enough, just enjoy Paris and don’t play the game,” she added.
