(CercleFinance.com) – The AMF announces that the simplified public purchase offer (OPAS) targeting the shares and BSA 2015-1 of Paragon ID, filed by Banque Palatine on behalf of Grenadier Holdings Limited, will be open from September 21 to November 2, 2023 inclusive.
The initiator irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of 38.01 euros, all of the existing shares not held by it, as well as the shares likely to be issued by exercise of BSA, i.e. a maximum of 318,974 shares representing 13.83% of the capital.
It intends to request, within three months following the closing of the offer, if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out targeting the Paragon ID shares not presented to the offer, at a price of 38.01 euros per share.
