For several weeks, journalist Guy Lagache closely followed Emmanuel Macron in the management of the conflict in Ukraine. He thus had the authorization to film the President of the Republic in his offices at the Élysée, during his various telephone interviews with the Heads of State, and in his travels to the four corners of the world, in particular to Moscow in Russia. , and in Kyiv, Ukraine. This documentary was also an opportunity once again to discover the relations of the Head of State with his closest collaborators, and in particular his wife, Brigitte Macron, who occupies a central role with the president.
The France 2 teams were able to attend the backstage of the recording of theEmmanuel Macron’s television address, last February, the day after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A speech written by Alice Rufo, the deputy head of the diplomatic pole, and Jonathan Guémas, the speech adviser to the President of the Republic. And in these moments, the Head of State does not want to leave anything to chance.
