(CercleFinance.com) – Paref announces that it has finalized the signing of a management contract for the ‘Trade’ office building, with an area of 29,000 m2, located in downtown Frankfurt, five minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the airport.
This building undergoing restructuring, the delivery of which is scheduled for 2025, will be managed on behalf of the Fidelidade insurance company. This is the second large asset managed by Paref, after the ‘The Medelan’ building located in the center of Milan.
