Reduction of resources allocated to the liquidity contract
PAREF and INVEST SECURITIES signed, on 04/01/2021, a liquidity contract relating to its shares admitted to trading on Euronext Paris, in accordance with AMF decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018 establishing liquidity on equity securities as an accepted market practice.
On August 25, 2022, in accordance with AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 No. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018, concerning the resources allocated to the liquidity contract, it was decided due to the volumes of daily transactions and with the aim of rebalancing these resources, to reduce the number of shares allocated by 500 shares.
