Today, e-sport is a sport in its own right and is developing quickly with the proliferation of tournaments and events, but also with the construction of dedicated stadiums, like the one planned in Évry next year. According to the streamer LifeIsCool, a reference in match commentary for several years, it is not only the infrastructures that are evolving. “We have players who are now considered almost as athletes because they are obliged to have specific nutrition, a sleep rhythm which is also very regulated, with strategic mental coaches as well.
