A24 has announced that it has optioned Paris Hilton’s memoir for an upcoming series.
Paris in series by the independent studio behind the successes Everything Everywhere All at Once or even more recently La Main: here we go!
Indeed, A24 announced last Thursday the production of a series based on the memoirs of the famous heiress, entitled Paris: The Memoir. Plot details as well as the cast composition remain secret for the moment. However, we already know that Paris Hilton herself will be involved: as ComingSoon reports, she will in fact be the executive producer of the project alongside actresses Dakota and Elle Fanning, among others.
In Paris: The Memoir, Paris Hilton recounts her life from young heiress to superstar in the early days of the Internet, before the era of influencers.
“I wrote this book with the aim of understanding my place at a decisive moment: the technological renaissance, the era of influencers”, she said in a quote from the book. “I also wrote this book so that the world can know who I am today. I focused on the key aspects of my life that led to what I’m most proud of: how my power was taken from me and how I took it back, how I built a thriving business, a marriage and a family.”
The memoir was published on March 14 and became a New York Times bestseller. The year 2023 was an important year for Paris Hilton who, alongside her husband Carter Reum, also welcomed her first child, Phoenix Barron, born in January to a surrogate mother.
No release date for the series has yet been communicated.
