In total, 183 formal notices were sent to owners, of which 68% had a monthly excess of more than 100 euros. Eighteen municipalities in Ile-de-France and several French towns said to be in extended areas such as Lille, Lyon and Montpellier have since joined this system, implemented in 2019.
