The apartment of media chef Cyril Lignac, located in the heart of Paris, was burglarized during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday and two people were arrested, we learned on Wednesday from the prosecution and a police source.

The burglary occurred around 3 a.m., said the police source, confirming information from the Actu17 site, which indicates that the apartment, located in the 7th arrondissement, was empty at the time of the events.

Two individuals arrested

A flagrant investigation was entrusted to the 7th arrondissement police station for the charge of break-in into a residential premises during a meeting, indicated the Paris prosecutor’s office. Two individuals, born in 2000 and 2003 respectively, were arrested and placed in police custody, according to the prosecution, adding that investigations are continuing.

The Actu17 site mentions a third person who managed to escape. The loot from the burglary is not yet known. Cyril Lignac, 46, is a chef and pastry chef, well known to the general public for his culinary shows on the M6 ​​channel.
