Plant Advanced Technologies PAT informs its shareholders that the Combined General Meeting met as planned on Friday June 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cuénot amphitheater of the ENSAIA of the University of Lorraine in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy and approved the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the 2022 financial year.
The shareholders present, represented or having voted by mail together own 574,665 shares out of the 1,092,715 shares forming the share capital. Of these 574,665 shares, 28,274 shares carry single voting rights and represent 28,274 voting rights and 546,391 shares carry double voting rights and represent 1,092,782 voting rights, i.e., for shareholders present, represented or having voted by correspondence, a total of 1,121,031 voting rights out of the 1,805,993 voting rights existing in the company.
