Epic Games has just rolled out a brand new update for Fortnite Battle Royale with a very interesting novelty that has just appeared: pizzas. This is a new item that should serve you well in your Battle Royale games. Below, check out the detailed patch notes from the developers.

SHARE A PIZZA EVENING: EIGHT PARTS FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Now that the Pizza Pit restaurant in Tilted Tower is no longer covered in snow, the pizzas come out of the oven nonstop! Find boxes of Pizza night on the island and throw them to enjoy an instant feast with your team. These slurp mushroom pizza boxes contain eight surprisingly nutritious slices. Eat them to regain simultaneously HP and Shield until you reach 100 HP and 50 shield points.
Eat the slices straight from the box or save some for later. Pizza Night boxes can be found in chests, supply drops, loot llamas, and floor loot (even if you eat pizza found on the floor, you won’t be judged). And of course, you can buy some from Monsieur Tomate for ingots!
NOTES ON COMPETITIVE MODES
- Pizza Night Boxes are being evaluated and are therefore not available in competitive game modes.
- In Update 19.20, which will be released next week, we will adjust Spider-Man’s web shooter by reducing its ammo from 80 shots to 20 shots in Competitive modes. This reduced number should force players to think carefully about using this item to join the circle, while maintaining the mobility provided by this powerful tool.”
