(Boursier.com) — Patrizia, a leading partner in real asset management on an international scale, has sold, on behalf of its institutional clients, its office development project on the MK 7 site in the Werksviertel district in Munich.
The Wacker Chemie VVaG pension fund has acquired this new luxury building in order to relocate the headquarters of the German chemical company, Wacker Chemie AG, to the Werksviertel. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The building offers more than 18,000 m(2) of flexible office space on six levels, as well as more than 200 underground parking spaces. The building was designed by CF Møller, one of Denmark’s most renowned architectural firms. The completion of its construction is scheduled for the end of 2023.
