Paul Walker’s Daughter Meadow Announces Cameo Appearance in Fast & Furious 10 In an Instagram post, she says she is “blessed”.
Meadow Walker (24) proudly and happily announces a guest appearance in “Fast & Furious 10”. On Instagram, she posted a picture of a camera monitor showing her cameo. Her father Paul Walker (1973-2013) starred in the first six parts of the “Fast & Furious” series and celebrated his international breakthrough with his role as Brian O’Conner. On November 30, 2013, he died in a car accident at the age of 40.
“I grew up on set watching my dad, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and others on the screens,” Meadow Walker wrote on Instagram. “I was born into the ‘Almost’ family thanks to my father. I can’t believe I’m allowed to be there now too. With those who saw me grow up.” Vin Diesel (55) is Meadow Walker’s godfather, he walked her down the aisle at her marriage to Louis Thornton-Allan in 2021.
Her father’s best friend is now her best friend
Her special thanks go to director Louis Leterrier (49), who is now directing his first contribution to the “Fast” franchise. “It feels like you’ve been part of the family from the start,” says Meadow Walker. “I’m glad this is just the beginning.” Leterrier will also direct the eleventh part.
She also thanks Brandon Birtell. The producer was her father’s best friend, now he is her best friend. And without him, her cameo wouldn’t be possible, she wrote. “I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share it with him forever,” Walker concluded on her Instagram post.
“Fast and Furious 10” will start in German cinemas on May 18, 2023. The eleventh and last part will follow in 2025.
