(CercleFinance.com) – PCAS has decided, as announced as part of the simplified public purchase offer initiated by Seqens, to increase the capital of PCAS for a total amount of 200 million euros (issue premium inclusive) at the price of the simplified public purchase offer (i.e. 8 euros per share).
This capital increase follows the mandatory withdrawal of PCAS securities which took place on December 8, 2023.
The completion of this capital increase, fully subscribed by Seqens, its sole shareholder, was noted by the board of directors meeting today.
This capital increase significantly strengthens PCAS’s equity and reduces its debt in the same proportions.
The sole shareholder of PCAS also decided today to transform PCAS into a simplified joint stock company.
