(CercleFinance.com) – PCAS announces the publication of its consolidated results for the first half of 2022.
The consolidated revenue of the PCAS Group amounted to €109.8 million as of June 30, 2022, up 3.3% compared to the same period of the previous financial year (+1.4% at exchange rate constant).
The PCAS Group’s EBITDA was -€0.5 million in the first half of 2022 compared to €8 million in the first half of 2021.
Current operating income for the first half of 2022 amounted to -€15.3 million compared to -€2.6 million in the first half of 2021.
These results remain very negative in the first half of 2022, affected by a level of activity still insufficient to cover the fixed costs on several sites in Pharmaceutical Synthesis, as well as by inventory write-downs relating to non-compliant products.
Other operating income and expenses include goodwill impairment of €14.5 million.
Net income stands at -32.2 ME in the first half of 2022 compared to -5.2 ME in the first half of 2021.
