“A reform first budgetary”

For Bruno Retailleau, “if this reform is necessary”, it “is not sufficient“. The president of the LR group in the Senate emphasizes the need to make up for the deficits. “It is primarily a budgetary reform aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the pay-as-you-go system. If tomorrow it goes bankrupt, it would be “every man for himself” and it is the most modest French people who would lose the most.“. In addition, the pension reformmust tackle the root of the problem: the demographic imbalance and therefore the situation of mothers“.
