(CercleFinance.com) – Pernod Ricard announced on Friday evening the adoption by its shareholders, gathered at an annual general meeting, of all the proposed resolutions, including an annual dividend of 4.70 euros per share.
An interim dividend of 2.06 euros having been paid on July 7, the balance, i.e. 2.64 euros per share, will be detached on November 24 (with a record date of November 27) and paid on November 28.
The AGM of the spirits group also approved the renewal of the directorships of Kory Sorenson and Philippe Petitcolin, as well as the appointment of Max Koeune to its board of directors.
