Comeback was never an issue
There was no doubt about her decision. “I never thought about a comeback. I knew that if I said goodbye, it would stay that way.” So she never regretted the early end of her career. The racer, who started for SC Werfenweng, only considers the timing of her farewell to be suboptimal. “I would have liked to have chosen him after the season, for example, to savor the resignation, to celebrate with colleagues, the team, the environment that supported me,” she admits.
