(AOF) – The Board of Directors of PCAS, a company specializing in fine pharmaceutical chemicals, meeting on November 28, 2022, decided to appoint Jean-Louis Martin, current Vice-President Human Resources and Industrial of the Seqens Group, majority shareholder of PCAS, as Chief Executive Officer of PCAS. Jean-Louis Martin will temporarily occupy this position as of Monday, pending the arrival of a new General Manager. The Board of Directors took note of the resignation of Philippe Clavel in his capacity as CEO of PCAS.
