Phil Collins: With the ex-wife in court?

Allegedly, Phil Collins' ex-wife is said to have secretly married a new man – and still refuse to move out.

The relationship between Phil Collins (69) and Orianne Cevey (46) seems to have hit a new low. The couple is apparently separated – she is said to have married a new man in August. But she allegedly does not want to move out of a Collins house. Now the whole thing may go to court.

Collins has asked his ex to leave the property and even given her a deadline, but she refuses to comply, as reported by the US celebrity portal "TMZ". Instead, she would have changed the security codes on the locks. It is said that she wants to negotiate the 2008 divorce again.

Business trip to Las Vegas?

The singer actually separated from Cevey in 2006 – in the course of the divorce in 2008, he is said to have paid her the equivalent of more than 27 million euros. A good ten years later, the two got back together. But in August this year, Cevey is said to have married a 31-year-old businessman in Las Vegas. The marriage certificate should be available to the tabloid "The Sun". Collins should not have known about it – his partner allegedly told him she had to go to Vegas on business, the paper reports.

Collins should now want to file an eviction suit. And it looks like his ex will apparently not leave the field to him without a fight. When asked, Cevey's attorney told The Sun tabloid: "We will deal with Mr. Collins in court, not in the gossip columns."
