“Leaving in almost a month”, wrote Mathieu on his Instagram profile this Sunday March 10. Former participant of the fifteenth edition of the show Love is in the meadow, the bull breeder embarked on a great adventure while he was still married to Alexandre, whom he met during his time on the program hosted by Karine Le Marchand. In fact, the two lovers had wanted to start a family, and had started a surrogacy procedure (GPA). A “stations of the cross” for Mathieu, who, after his divorce, finally decided to continue the baby project alone. And this Sunday, the future dad, already delighted by his little Ezio, shared a new stage of his adventure with his subscribers. The surrogate mother is in her 27th week of pregnancy: the opportunity for Mathieu to share an ultrasound photo of his son.
The photo is associated with several other photos to symbolize Mathieu’s love for his future son. A crazy love that the dad is more than impatient to sleep with his words: “I’m going to introduce him to love, the world and everything that goes with it. He will have a life very different from the classic boxes, that’s obvious. We’re going to explore, try, find a new way of living.” In “almost a month”the future single father will fly once again to Bogotá, in order to support the one he calls his “carrier of life” until the delivery scheduled for June 6. Until then, the dad takes stock of his journey, and hopes to make his story “an example that will make many other men want to take the plunge” and to overcome their preconceptions: “Some will say I’m crazy… but for the child who is born, nothing is written in his brain… for him all he sees will be his normality.”
Mathieu gives joyful news about his son
Tuesday March 5, Ezio’s future father gave his news in a video published in an Instagram story. “Ezio is doing very, very well.”, he told his subscribers. Regularly in contact with the woman carrying his child, Mathieu shared the latest news about the baby. “He moves a lot, she says to me: ‘It’s incredible, I feel like I’m doing a marathon with him all day’”, he notably reported. An energy that is transmitted from father to son: in fact, the bull breeder explains that he is “a little hyperactive”.
