The RTLzwei-Soap "Köln 50667" welcomes an old member to its ranks: Pia Tillmann (32) slips again into the role of Meike Weber. "It is time to get home! 'Köln 50667' and the city are such a big part of my life and I am so happy that I can be part of it again", the actress told the "Bild" newspaper .
For Tillmann it was a "fresh start" because she did not even know many colleagues and the series "had developed enormously in recent years". From 2011 to 2012 she had the role at "Berlin – Day & Night", in 2013 she switched to "Cologne 50667". Her story began with a love affair with Alex Kowalski, played by Ingo Kantorek, who died in 2019. For him, she then moved from Berlin to Cologne. After almost 400 episodes, Tillmann got out of the soap in 2014.
Coronavirus production restricted
Because of the corona virus pandemic, it is currently unclear when Tillmann will be seen again. An RTLzwei spokesman told "Bild" that it is currently only possible to produce under limited conditions. "But if everything goes according to plan, we can take the first pictures with Pia after Easter," it continues.
