Zac Efron transformed by cosmetic surgery?
In April 2021, the actor appears transformed in a video posted on social networks. More square jaw, swollen lips and cheeks, fans have trouble recognizing him and suspect him of having had cosmetic surgery. In an interview with the American magazine Men’s Health, which he covered in October 2022, the actor completely denies these rumors. He explains that his physical transformation is due to an unfortunate accident.
Zac Efron reveals he broke his jaw while running around his house: “He ran into his house in his socks and slipped, hitting his chin against a granite fountain. He lost consciousness, and when he woke up, he recalls, his chin was hanging from his face.”explains the journalist. The muscles of his jaw (especially the masseter muscle) had to compensate following this injury and became bigger, which would explain the transformation of his face.
