Hhospitalized after his car accident on Friday February 10, Pierre Palmade was the victim of a burglary at his home on the night of Monday to Tuesday. As RTL reveals, several criminals broke into the dependency of the comedian’s house, in Cely-en-Bière, in Seine-et-Marne. The triggering of the alarm led to the intervention of the gendarmerie, specify our colleagues.

Tested positive for cocaine after the accident, Pierre Palmade, whose condition is stable, is being prosecuted for “homicide and involuntary injuries”. Two people present in the actor’s vehicle and who allegedly fled after the tragedy are still wanted by the police. On the night of Monday to Tuesday, a 47-year-old alcoholic man was taken into police custody by the gendarmes in Montdidier, in the Somme, after telling them that he was one of the fleeing passengers. The Melun police doubt the veracity of his remarks.

An investigation opened by the Melun prosecutor’s office

The accident involving Pierre Palmade took place on Friday around 7 p.m., on the D372 at Villiers-en-Bière, in the south of Seine-et-Marne. The car of the star comedian, who was driving under the influence of cocaine, collided with another vehicle which was coming in front. In addition to Pierre Palmade, three people were seriously injured, including a 6-year-old child and a 27-year-old pregnant woman who lost her baby.

That of the third seriously injured, the child’s father, was no longer engaged, according to a source familiar with the matter. The Melun public prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation for homicide and unintentional injuries resulting in total incapacity for work for more than three months, by driver under the influence of narcotics.
