On the night of Monday to Tuesday, a 47-year-old alcoholic man was taken into police custody by the gendarmes in Montdidier, in the Somme, after telling them that he was one of the fleeing passengers. The accident involving Pierre Palmade took place on Friday around 7 p.m., on the D372 at Villiers-en-Bière, in the south of Seine-et-Marne. The car of the star comedian, who was driving under the influence of cocaine, collided with another vehicle which was coming in front. In addition to Pierre Palmade, three people were seriously injured, including a 6-year-old child and a 27-year-old pregnant woman who lost her baby.

That of the third seriously injured, the child’s father, was no longer engaged, according to a source familiar with the matter.
