(CercleFinance.com) – The Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. Spa met yesterday and approved and confirmed the consolidated results as of December 31, 2021 which had already been announced to the market in preliminary form and not audited on February 23.
The year 2021 ended with a consolidated net profit of 321.6 million euros, an increase of 42.7 million euros in 2020.
The board of directors also approved the results of the parent company Pirelli & C. Spa which posted a net profit of 216.6 million euros in 2021, up from 44.0 million euros in 2020. .
The distribution of a dividend of 0.161 euro per share for a total of 161 million euros will be proposed to the shareholders’ meeting.
