Google’s next flagship

Google has now officially announced the Pixel 7. After the success of the Pixel 6 (Pro), the next Android flagship is due in the fall. You can find out what you need to know about price, release and features here.

However, the Pixel 7 Pro will not be one of the fastest Android phones with these values. In terms of performance, the device is more at the level of previous models such as the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

However, Google does not rely on pure computing power for its Tensor chips anyway, but on AI power. A special neural co-processor enables functions such as live translation on the Pixel 6. It can be assumed that Google has further expanded these capabilities with the new Tensor 2 chip. However, Geekbench does not check this.
