Strong commercial momentum in 2021
During 2021, PIZZORNO Environnement continued its commercial dynamic both in conquering new markets and in renewing major markets, representing a total amount of €216 million. These successes, benefiting in 2021 from a contract renewal rate of 81.1%1 (95.1% in the PACA region), bear witness to the trust placed in it by its customers. In addition, the Group has demonstrated its ability to develop in new markets and thus respond effectively to the territorial challenges of local authorities.
On the strength of a well-oriented commercial activity on all of the Group’s businesses, PIZZORNO Environnement thus confirms to achieve a turnover for the 2021 financial year above the range initially announced (between €200 and €205 million). . As of December 31, 2021, PIZZORNO Environnement benefits from a solid order book2with a level of firm orders amounting to €629.7 million.

Below are some examples of contracts in the main territories where the Group operates.
Ile-de-France region
Avenue of Champs-Elysees : the city of Paris has again entrusted PIZZORNO Environnement with the cleaning of the most famous avenue in the world for a period of 4 years and an overall turnover of 2.8 M€ (starting in November 2021). The services will be carried out with fully electric equipment.
15th district : renewal of the contract for the collection of household waste and recyclable packaging for a period of 6 years and a total turnover of €49.2 million (starting in September 2022). For 12 years, PIZZORNO Environnement has been operating clean energy vehicles (NGV and electric) in this most populated district of the capital.
SYCTOM : winning of the contract for the collection of bio-waste from the canteens and central kitchens of schools and paramedical establishments in 21 municipalities of the Territorial Public Establishments (Vallée Sud-Grand Paris; Paris Est Marne Bois and Grand Orly-Seine Bièvre). With an initial duration of 3 years, this contract represents cumulative revenue of €2.4 million (starting in January 2022).
Greater Orly-Seine Bievre Territorial Public Establishment : renewal of the contract for the collection of household waste and recyclable packaging from 10 municipalities over a period of 7 years and a total turnover of €45.7 million (start April 2022).
Community of Communes Eurelian Gates : renewal of the contract for the collection of household waste, recyclable packaging, glass and plants for an amount of €11.2 million over 8 years (starting in August 2021).

Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region
Metropolis of Greater Lyon : renewal of the market for collecting and cleaning food and fairground markets in part of mainland France, which represents 120 services per week, i.e. 6,000 services/year. This contract renewed for 2 years (January 2022) represents a turnover of 5.3 M€.
Valencia Agglomeration : renewal of the market for the collection of household waste and recyclable packaging from the 100,000 inhabitants of the 4 main municipalities of the Agglomeration for a turnover of €36.5 million over 8 years (starting January 2023). This new so-called “performance” market provides for the qualitative and quantitative improvement of waste by implementing preventive actions.
South Provence Alpes Côte-d’Azur Region
Metropolis Aix-Marseille/Territoryof the Pays d’Aix : PIZZORNO Environnement was selected for the contract for the collection and transport of household waste, recyclable and bulky packaging from 10 municipalities. This new market will start in March 2022 over a period of 5 years for a total turnover of nearly €12 million.
Aix-Marseille Metropolis/Istres West Provence Territory : the Group won a new contract for the collection and transport of household waste, recyclable packaging, bulky items and fairground markets in 3 municipalities, representing revenue of €5.4 million over 4 years (starting March 2022).
City of Marseilles : renewal and extension (start October 2021) of the service contract for cleaning and waste collection and maintenance of sites in the municipal domain (schools and administrative sites). Renewed for a period of 4 years, this market represents a turnover of 10.4 M€.
Esterel French RivieraAgglomeration : PIZZORNO Environnement has been renewed by the municipality of Roquebrune-sur-Argens within the framework of the contract for the collection and disposal of household and similar waste for a period of 5 years, representing a total turnover of 11.5 M€.
City of Sainte-Maxime : renewal of the coastal cleaning contract for a period of 4 years (starting January 2022) and a turnover of nearly €2 million.
Intermunicipal Syndicate for the Recovery and Elimination of Waste (Centre Var) : renewal of the sorting and packaging contract for materials from selective collections, for a total amount of €11.4 million over a period of 6 years (January 2022). In addition, the group was renewed (1 year) for the collection of household waste and recyclable packaging in the North and West sectors for a turnover of €3.3 million (January 2022).
Nice metropolis French Riviera : obtaining the contract for the collection of voluntary collection points for household waste and recyclable packaging in metropolitan France for 7 years (November 2021) representing total revenue of €7.2 million.
