PlayStation 5: a first bundle and a release date for the new model?

Freshly unveiled, the lighter version of the PlayStation 5 already tells us its release date.

While the first rumors around the PS5 Pro are already starting to flood the Web (you will note that the day is rather well chosen to use this term), some of you are impatiently waiting to be able to get your hands on the slimmed down version of the Sony console. Announced last week, its main feature will be to have a removable disk drive.

If the Japanese firm has already revealed that this new PS5 will arrive in November in the United States, we may now know the release date and the first game which will have the privilege of coexisting with the console in a bundle .

The new PS5 model expected for November 10?

According to the leaker Billbil-kun, via the site Dealabs, Sony will market the new version of its console from November 10 in the United States. Obviously, this release date concerns both the model equipped with a disc reader and the one without one, each being respectively marketed at the price of 549.99 euros and 449.99 euros (in France).

Still according to information shared by Billbil-kun, the lighter (and less bulky) version of the PS5 will enjoy, from the day of its release, a bundle with one of the most anticipated titles of this end of year. A clue for you at home: the latter arrives with great fanfare this Friday, October 20 exclusively on the Sony console.

The new PS5 will focus on… Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

To mark the occasion, what could be better than launching a new console with one of the most attractive licenses to the general public? Yes, without much surprise, it is Marvel’s Spider-Man 2developed by the Insomniac Games teams, which will be included in a pack with the new iteration of PS5.

Unlike the special edition currently offered, this model will not be in the colors of our weaving friends. Note also that only the version equipped with a disk reader will be delivered with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 in bundle. For the moment, however, we do not know whether the copy of the game will be in physical or dematerialized format (although we are leaning more towards the second option).

Priced at $559.99, this pack should therefore be available from November 8 in the United States, two days earlier than the release of the Standard and Digital models. On the other hand, for France, it will probably be necessary to show a little more patience. If we do not yet have official information, everything seems to indicate that this new PS5 will not arrive in France at the same time.
