In the new episode of “More beautiful life, even more beautiful”… Yolande’s heart is sinking, Ariane faces her past and Luna and Thomas help Djawad recover a clue that could shake up the investigation.

Tuesday January 23 in More beautiful life, even more beautiful
New romance at the residence?
At the Massalia residence, Mirta and Yolande receive a bouquet of flowers from a stranger. While they are looking for who the mysterious sender could be, Jules arrives and asks Yolande if she can help her prepare her assignment on the theme of travel.
Jules listens to Yolande’s words with great admiration, when suddenly, Morgane appears to ask him if he is ready to accompany her to the creeks. He replies disparagingly: “The coves are not going to disappear, we will go another day. We are not going to spoil the magic of this moment”.
Later that day, Yolande apologizes to her great-niece, Morgane. The young woman replies that if Jules preferred to stay with her, it is because he has feelings for her. Yolande is both surprised and flattered by this revelation.
Yolande immediately informs Mirta, who warns her: it could well be that Jules will have a small attack of madness again. In his final year, the student fell in love with a professor who was nearing retirement. This love was not reciprocated, and Jules suffered from depression.
Ariane caught up with her past
Ariane is upset by the recent meeting with her biological daughter, whom she abandoned at birth. She goes to the Mistral bar to try to clear her mind, but Thomas and Kilian appear distant with her, as if they were judging her.
Back at the police station, Ariane bursts into tears, far from the gaze of her colleagues. Jean-Paul surprises her and asks her what is going on, but Ariane refuses to confide. She asks him to leave her alone while she comes to her senses.
In the afternoon, Ariane finds her faithful friend, Régis. She confesses to him the whole truth about her childbirth under suicide. Ariane couldn’t see herself becoming a mother when her life was hell.
Régis tries to comfort her by telling her that she made an honorable decision. He asks her if she wants to know her daughter, but Ariane is still hesitant. Will she agree to meet her?
Djawad gets closer to the truth
Estelle dreams that she spends the night with Djawad. When she wakes up, she finds that Francesco is by her side. She is troubled and asks her husband if she spoke in her sleep (she fears she said Djawad’s name).
Francesco takes her in his arms and tells her that he wants to leave Marseille to start a new life with her. Estelle is surprised and replies that she cannot flee when she is suspected of having poisoned him.
At the Mistral bar, Djawad, Luna and Thomas are determined to prove Estelle’s innocence. To do this, Djawad has a plan: recover the surveillance videos from the pet store. Thanks to these rushes, he may be able to identify the real culprit. To avoid being unmasked by his colleagues at the pet store, Djawad asks Luna and Thomas to go there in his place.
Thomas goes there pretending he wants to give his boyfriend a pet. While he is inquiring with an advisor, Luna arrives to retrieve the USB key which is behind the reception desk. Mission accomplished!
Back at the bar, Thomas and Luna let Djawad analyze the surveillance videos. Suddenly, his eyes widen: he discovers Francesco stealing atropine from the pet store’s storage room…
