Pokémon: Niantic kicks off its first Community Day of 2022

This weekend will be the first Niantic Community Day with Pokémon Go and Pikmin Bloom. The list of participating cities is announced.

Until July 2022, Niantic announced one Community Day per month. This Sunday March 13it’s Pokémon Go, Pikmin Bloom but also Ingress that will be honored.

The goal for Niantic is to highlight all the games of the company. Accessible worldwide, players will be able to unlock in-game bonuses through physical and digital gatherings.

Also, Niantic wants to enhance the physical activity of players with these events, these games being based on location and exploration. Community Day will also allow players to come together.

You will find the list of cities that will offer face-to-face celebrations:

  • Delhi, IND: Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden

  • Bristol, UK: Broadmead

  • Cardiff, UK: Churchill Way

  • Edinburgh, UK: Castle Street
