The Graz police are currently looking for a group of young people who are said to have attacked a Grazer on Wednesday at the Liebenauer Tagete. Because the 22-year-old refused to give up cigarettes, they stole his cell phone.
The man was on the bike path next to the Liebenauer Tangente around 10:30 p.m. when a group of young people surrounded him. The six strangers demanded cigarettes. When the 22-year-old didn’t want to give the young people cigarettes, the perpetrators started pushing the man from Graz and then stole his mobile phone and cigarettes. The victim did not defend himself because of the numerical inferiority. The Grazer then reported the next day. The criminal department of the Graz City Police Command is now investigating.
