PR TARGETSPOT: The shareholders of Targetspot SA approve the sale of the digital audio activity to Azerion
Targetspot SA (Code ALTGS) announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting which
was held on December 9, 2022 adopted all the motions for resolution
put to the vote.
The shareholders thus approved the sale by Targetspot SA of its subsidiary
Radionomy Group BV to Azerion Tech Holding BV, according to the terms of the contract
assignment signed on November 21, 2022 between the parties, as summarized in the
“Transaction Summary” available on the Targetspot SA website
