The returns submitted in this way are collected for up to seven days and then sent back to Amazon together. When exactly the customers get their money back is not yet known.
Offer only applies to items that fit in the bags provided. Larger or fragile products must still be sent in suitable and stable outer packaging.
This service is not completely new to Amazon. A similar concept has existed in cooperation with UPS for several years.
